PARMIGIANO REGGIANO PDO AGED OVER 22 MONTHS
Coming from the protected regions north of Tuscany in Emilia Romagna, Parmigiano has a history spanning over eight centuries.
Unique due to the variations in geology and geography (or ‘terroir’), this is a hard cheese with bold flavor, sensitive to the region in which it’s producing cows are brought up, making our cheese literally found nowhere else.
Aged for a minimum of 22 months, the time put into our product is a demarcation of quality and attention to detail.
Our Parmigiano Reggiano is the ideal topping to a pasta or gnocchi dish, we add that little bit of flavor that really makes the meal special.
